Experienced lucid features while in a normal dream

this was a real vivid dream, it was the 2nd time sleeping in the morning around 11am. i was kicking a ball around with friends at my first house, it looked like we were all 12ish but i am 20 now. and i remember being silly and saying Slow motion! and the world literally went to slow motion including the ball... but when i caught the ball mid air and landed the slow motion went away.. it was like the matrix! except catching a ball.. i remember after it happened for 1 second i thought "wow" but then i continued on like nothing happened has anyone else experienced lucid features in a normal dream?
