This is pretty different from my normal WILD method of experiencing a lucid dream. I entered this one via DILD but it felt very similar to a WILD. In the non lucid dream I was in a parked car with a pair of headphones and a tape recording of my own voice doing a mantra (I do not tape record myself in waking life doing this). In the dream I was searching for a taped over piece where I was repeating the mantra I always use before my WILD attempts which says "I'm aware that I'm dreaming and I remember my dreams perfectly." I found the piece and was listening, closed my eyes, next thing I know I'm in a completely new landscape and completely aware and lucid as if I had entered via WILD method. I was confused immediately thinking to myself, I don't remember being in bed or going to sleep. I have the lucid experience written down which I won't share but I woke up afterwards feeling a bit of an "inception" movie moment... waking up from within a dream. |

Yeah, inception feeling dreams get really trippy. I once had a zombie apocalypse dream, where i told my group i was gonna take a nap. I then went into a 'nap' in my first dream, my second dream was of me being a baby, then i skipped that level (2), level 3 was a lucid dream, then when i was being woken up in my first level dream my lucid self went to it, but i had like a start menu and didn't know what to click, so a zombie ate me |
