      Cool Superpowers

In my past I've had some lucid dreams, but I've always seen them as a burden, like a jail where I can't escape from.
Now, I've discovered what amazing thing you can do in them I actually like them.
Now, to get to the point, what are your favourite superpowers to use? How do you use them?
I actually have a bunch that I haven't triend out yet, like terrakinesis or aquakinesis.
The ones that I'm practicing now are pyrokinesis and telekinesis,
telekinesis is a very awesome power to have I think, the only thing that's bugging me is that when i try to move a coin or something small, it's very easy, but when i try to move something large (like a car) it's freaking hard, do you h-guys have this as well?
pyrokinesis is a very handy power when someone's chasing you, just throw a fireball in his face (that's the only thing i can do now, fireballs) but when your chaser also has this power, you better keep running (I had a lucid nightmare like this once)
so, what superpowers are your speciality? what superpowers do you think are a total pain in the a**?
any tips for a beginning lucid dreamer?

Yeah, dreams are amazing, everything is possible in them!
I don't really would consider what i do 'superpower' personally but i can easily fly with wings in my dreams and also transform into my dragon form(Somewhat for now, but it's getting better and better), for most of my lucids been focusing entirely on that so haven't really gotten on different things, but still.
As for beginner tips, there are some good tutorials: Induction Methods and Techniques , and you could also check out our Intro Class: Intro Class which is nice for starting with lucid dreaming.

I tried pyrokinesis in my first LD but could only manage a little flame in the palm of my hand! Oh well, it's a start

I'm going to focus first on 'bending' (Avatar, last air bender inspired ), so fire, earth, air and water bending (probably not in that order I would've gone water first but fire just popped into my head first anyways I'm going to try to master these first, then onto something maybe like Nightcrawler teleporting.

Yeah, that's one of my goals as well for lucid dreaming, I actually found out a technique for me that really helped, when you become lucid, focus on one object for like 20 seconds, you'll feel the dream stabilising (sorry for bad english) but I had nearly full control when I did this, that way i could do waterbending at a pretty high level of control, it was awesome

With telekinesis, do not strain yourself to move big things. We assume that it takes more effort to move larger things, but this is not the case. Don't tense up. Don't tighten your muscles. Just move them with as little effort as possible and expect that they will do so. This stuff can be hit or miss sometimes though, so don't feel too bad.

My standard go-to for dispatching combatantants is to use telekinesis to alternate smashing them against the ceiling and floor until they decide that they don't want to fight me anymore. If my TK is off for whatever reason and I find that I cannot lift them, then I switch to option 2 and simple reach inside their chest and pinch shut their aorta with TK to stop the flow of their blood. It really helps to have both bulk and fine manipulation strategies.

As for fire, I'm immune, so I don't worry about people hitting me with fireballs. I just shrug them off. ^_^
I'm not always lucid, but whether I'm awake or asleep I'm always dreaming.

Try teleportation and time dilation. They are awesome

Try to conjure dimensional doors if you have a hard time teleporting "without aids"
Click the door... and welcome to my dream world!

Another alternative to TK are strings. For some reason, certain categories of things are immune to my dream abilities. Faeries, elves and the like, for instance, are resistant and/or immune to almost anything I could throw at them. The trick then is to get at them in a round-about way. That's where strings come in. If I can't hit them with a psychic/magic ability, then I'll use a psychic/magic ability to produce a physical effect to manipulate them. In this case, to reproduce the effects of TK, I'll conjure strings to bind them and pull them in any direction. This also works for flying. You need not be able to see where they are anchored, only to know that they are anchored off somewhere. Just feel it is the case, and it will be so. Works pretty well in my experience.

Stuff I'V done while lucid: Fly ofcourse but not with super sonic speed really, just about the speed of a fighter plane or so. TK and lifting a shopping mall sized building. And I saw my classmate use waterbending unfair .
I can't recall the rest of the stuff I'v done since there is only about 2 minutes untill my course starts (I'm at high-school.)

Lately, I'm trying to become a giant by playing with the perspective of my feet. I was able to shrink things using this trick of perspective view, although I'm still trying to grow larger and take a nice walk on a 'small city'.
My favorite so far, is opening portals on the walls in stead of walking through them as a better option for Teleportation. It has saved me a lot of time and effort.

A fun one that hasn't been mentioned here is invincibility. If you can, get a dream character to shoot/stab you, making sure you can still feel pain. It is definitely a great experience to have, and its amazing how well the brain can simulate pain. Once you have done that remove the feeling of pain and run into a burning building or a restricted military base and laugh and laugh as you shrug off the flames and streams of bullets.
They say dreaming is dead, no one does it anymore.
It's not dead it's just that it's been forgotten, removed from our language.
Nobody teaches it so nobody knows it exists.
The dreamer is banished to obscurity.
Well, I'm trying to change all that, and I hope you are too.
      By dreaming, every day.
