Yes, I've have problems with body heaviness and dizziness as well.
-I've used the first one with success many times.
-I haven't perceived my dark dreams as a being a problem but if I did, I would use the second one. I've had success with changing the time of day in dreams before.
-I have had a heavy body many times in dreams and have used a variation of the third one with success. In the past, I've imagined myself floating in order to float before flying around by using my mind as a remote control, but I think imagining myself walking would work just as well.
-I have had problems with being dizzy in dreams in the past, but I have not thought to come up with a solution for it until now.
-I have not had a problem with too many false awakenings, but To me it would make sense that if I was focusing on my body in bed, I would dream about my body in bed.
-For the sixth one I have done this one with some success. Sometimes I will rub my hands and can feel them but cannot see them. I'm convinced this is a good way though because Sivison seems to allude to the same solution in his Dream Yoga class. (see posts #3 and #8 http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-yoga...esson-1-a.html)
