I flew out the shop, landed on a sidewalk and had a walk towards a bookshop. Suddenly I realized that I'm dreaming!!! I don't know how, but I just knew it! Everything became so clear and vivid! It lasts only 30 seconds but it was amazing. I was so energized for next few weeks. *

I have had dreams like that, too. If I am lucky, a friend of mine will be having one at the same time, then we can do something like go to a movie (too bad we can't buy popcorn, b/c we can't even touch it, let alone talk to the manager w/o him completely ignoring us!!)
Then in the aftermath, after I wake up, if I have had a sufficient amount of LDing (6 hours), & did this, I am usually very energetic after that, & run for a long time!
And should this be in Beyond Dreaming?

Its always exhilarating to become lucid but i cannot imagine not having a lucid dream in over 4 years...
