Yep... from my knowledge and other's experience (though, not my experience... I have very little in the WILD method), it is unwise to attempt WILD the first time you go to sleep... wake up in the middle of the night and it should take considerably less time to enter your dream. IT takes 90 minutes to get into REM the first time, and an hour and a half of laying down not moving and staying awake can seem like days... (20 minutes seems like ages).[/b]
