Thread: First Lucid!

I had gone down to my friends house to spend the night and we went to bed probably at 9:30. Here's how it went...

I opened my dream eyes and I was in his room, and he was still sleeping. I looked around and everything was normal, and pretty vivid. I did a reality check (Which was actually a double reality check because there wasn't a clock in real life where I looked) and looked at a digital clock on his dresser, and it obviously changed times when I looked back. So I told myself that this was a dream and I kept my cool. Since this was my first time I wanted to get used to it. So I though of having fire when I snapped my fingers, and it happened. I immediatly made it so I was at my house, and that my parents were working OUTSIDE. I showed my mom and she just kinda shrugged it off like no big deal...then another friend of mine came over to me and just stood there. I asked if he wanted to go on an adventure to Africa.

The rest is just basically a blur but I have a question with this as well...how do you tell your luciding?
