Ok...

I tried this idea of starring at my hands in my dreams, to make myself realize that I was dreaming, an thus becomming lucid.

I managed to do this after 4 attempts..

I was in a great hall. A lot of people went passing by. I didn't really care about the people. Just let my eyes wander across this hall. I noticed though the whiteness of the interior of the hall.

Anyway, at some point i just looked down at my hands, and realized I was dreaming.
Ok, I thought to myself, got to remained focused.
But every time I looked up from my hands, I felt the lucid state slipping away.

Then something, don't know what, started to tickle my neck.

Damn, I thought, It's slipping...

And then I drifted off to another dream, but not being lucid.

I'm gonna keep trying though .. It's kinda cool. I though it would be a lot harder.

Shoot for the moon, even if you miss it you will land among the stars.

Yeah, it can be pretty hard to stay lucid, depending on the situation.

Lately, I've gotten into the habit of repeating to myself "I'm dreaming. I'm dreaming. I'm dreaming. I'm dreaming...." in my mind, after I'm become lucid. Kinda like when you are going to the store and you repeat the grocery list over and over in your head. Pretty soon it gets stuck there.
So now, when I can remember to do it, as soon as I realize I'm dreaming, I'll just keep reminding myself over and over, in the back of my mind, as I continue to go on doing whatever it is I'm doing. It helps a lot.

That is, of course, until something incredible happens, and I lose my train of thought. But, even after that, it's a lot easier to become lucid again, within a few seconds, because you're more likely to just remind yourself "Oh yeah, I'm still dreaming," after repeating that you're dreaming to yourself, so much.

Ok, any advice is welcome.
I'll try that as well. I hope I will become able to remain lucid for a long time in my dreams in the future

Yes the repeating of "im dreaming, im dreaming, im dreaming" really does help.
