Thread: My First Lucid Dream, I Think

I remember as a kid telling myself in dreams that I was dreaming (well a few times) But this is the first time I have done it in quite some time, and knew what it was. This dream happened last night. Morning of Oct 10

I'll just skip the beginning, and get right to the part where I realized I was dreaming. I was sitting in like a banquet hall or something like that (gym?) and my dad, who turned 81 yesterday, was sitting to my right. My deceased uncle (his brother) then walked in with some others, who I dont remember. My uncle shook my dads hand then came to me and then I thought "hey, yu are dead, I must be dreamig".

I immeditally started flying around the room. There were no longer any people there and it was dark, but at first I didn't mind. I'd fly around the room, kicking myself off the wall for more speed, kind of how a swimmer does when they flip) I flew areound a few times then realized how dark it was. I landed on some roof (still insde the building though) and clsoded my eyes, telling myself it would be brighter in the room when I opened them

I opend my eyes and it was still dark, and I thought I hope this doesn't turn into a nightmare. I rubbed my hands toeghter, and wondered why they were so sweaty. That didn't change anything, so I spun around in circles really fast hoping I would be in a different place when I opend my eyes.
