Ok so last night I had a dream I was flying in a black hawk helicopter over the highway of all places, when suddenly we came at this point where "I became lucid". I remember rubbing my hands together, and running around but that's it. Then in the same dream I told my sisters I got lucid, the funny thing is I described everything I did in those so called LD.

So could someone help me out here?

Sounds like you were, but there are levels - I can be aware that I'm dreaming and even have some conscious control (which I sometimes think I prefer) however the dream can be... dreamy and not well remembered. But for me fully lucid is like actually waking up, except you are still dreaming of course - usually they are very impressive, and upon waking there is never any question about it! Next time it happens try to increase/stabilize your lucidity (search DV for techniques for this)- then perhaps attempt the lucid task of the month - that should provide any proof you might need.

I've done that a few times where I've been completely Lucid, including all the crazy control and visuals and my next dream I'm telling someone about my latest LD. Then I wake up and realize how silly that was.

Yeah sometimes it's hard to distinguish....but I think yours wasn't a LD....just a dream whose subject is LDing...(sh) it happens
Usually when you become lucid it's so incredible you can't beleive it (at least for the first times).....here I get the sense that your dream was only a simulation of being lucid....(dunno if that was clear....)

Thanks for the help guys, and possibly girls. I know it wasn't a real LD but I'll keep at it.

You'll know it if and when it happens.. there'll be no confusion... a rule of thumb about LD is that if you were not sure you were lucid, then you weren't.
