as for what kind of wild
um...
what i do is i wake up in the morning, listen to some hypnosis tracks to make myself really relaxed, then i just lie completely still with my eyes closed thinking about how i'm going into a dream. as soon as i wake up from a dream i just lay there and let it happen again.
side note: this chian WILDING thing seems like it is even useful for bodybuilding! prolonging REM, and REM is where the majority of muscle fiber recruitment occurs, or something like that.
