      for the first time i actually stopped my dream from fading by saying "lucidity" i didn't think it worked but i did.
      i became lucid then the dream went dark like when you close your eyes, but when i said "lucidity" it all came back.

      I might have to use that in conjunction with the method I always use: dream spinning/whirling (sometimes combined with falling back). Actually, I almost always have great luck with the spinning but adding a new dimension might be even more effective.

      Well just saturday morning I had my first one and I stopped it by spinning arround then looking at my hands. It worked really well actually.

      Blech, I tried spinning in a lucid dream on saturday. I was transported to a kitchen, and was holding a cartoon lemon. Everything quickly faded, despite another attempt to spin.

      cartoon dreams are AWESOME. i had a really short cartoon lucid once, it was at an amusement park except it was third person... i had no role in anyting yet i kenw it was a dream.. wtf..
