I know that sleep patterns put you in a deep sleep with minimal brain activity first and then you go into the normal pattern of REM and semi-deep sleep. I wanted to overcome this and if possible make it permanent to have the REM period first. Imagine if instead of having a lucid randomly in the middle of the night, you could have one at the beginning of the night and you don't have to worry about how much sleep you'll actually be getting that night and if it'll be enough for a lucid. |
