One question...why the hell are you attempting to WILD before going to bed at night!? |
|
I tried a WILD last night and I decided to wear a mask to help me keep my eyes closed. It took awhile before I passed the relaxation stage and after that I forgot what happened. I woke up in my bed but my mask was around my neck. I wore a hooded jacket so it can keep my mask on but I'm not sure if it slipped off. I think I tried a reality check but I don't remember the outcome. I put my mask back on and went back to sleep. Did I LD without me realizing it or did the mask just slip off? I know this sounds stupid of me to ask but I'm confused. |

That's the WORST possible time to try to WILD. Try in the morning. Try in the middle of the night. Try in the middle of the day! ANY time is better than "its bed time, my mind and body want to go to sleep, k thanx bai" |

Ok, I just realized that I should go to sleep first then try to WILD when I wake up. You didn't have to say that in such a way Aquanina. You made me feel REALLY stupid for asking the question. |

I agree, the way the message was worded to you was a bit harsh. Just try to brush it off though - there are plenty of friendly people here Also, it IS possible to WILD when you first go to bed. More ppl have success when doing it after sleeping for a while, but that's not the ONLY way to do it. I prefer to keep an open mind about all things - I think it's counter-productive to believe you "can't" do this or that. There may be a higher or lower probability of doing it, but who knows, maybe you're one of the ones who can WILD when going to bed at night. You wouldn't know til you tried. At any rate, good luck with lucid dreaming |
