Being able to sleep in does help me with lucid dreaming as I WILD via WBTB and I don't have to worry about having to get up early that morning. I also know that sleeping in helps me to have a lot more non-lucid dreams and also boosts my recall of those dreams.

If I'm sleeping in and I try to VILD or WILD I usually can't get back to sleep. If I do succeed, they are usually lacking vividness, unlike regular timed lucid/normal dreams. Might be different for other people though.

School nights: around 10, as I have to get up at 6 30
Regular Nights: around 12, as I get to sleep in

I think maybe this should be a poll, maybe how late a person stays up influences their chances to LD?
