has anyone had a lucid dream, or any dream for that matter, where you were speaking in a different language. Before i realised i was lucid i had been speakin fluently in french, the next day i looked up some of the words i could remember and i had been making sense, this ever happen to anyone else? btw this dream only lasted a few secs woke up once i was lucid so im not countin it.

Yes I have definitely had dreams where I was speaking fluently in other languages. Now whether or not I actually was, or I just thought I was is yet to be determined. I was unable to remember any phrases to look them up afterward. But I'm a reasonable person, so my guess is that my mind was just really really convincing in making me believe I was multilingual. However, I did do a complex math problem in a dream once in about a second and when I woke up, I remembered it and checked it and it was correct! I never could have done this problem without a calculator, and I really hate math. Kinda freaked me out...

I have as well. Fluent German. When I was younger, just as I would be drifting off to sleep, I remember hearing voices speaking to me in a different language. Unfortunately, I didn't understand what they were saying.

      I'll keep it short

Yes, Portuguese for me, but half the words i said didnt make sense and most of the time i cant remember what others said to me in portuguese. Right now i cant speak it, but i can understand it for the most part. Also I was never fluent in portuguse either, i just understood it(no desire to speak it)

Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard
