I don't know if you tried this in your dream, but for me if I just don't straight up fly as soon as I leave the ground, sometimes I can preform a double jump and the second jump in the air I will start to fly. You could try that.

Yay! Flying gets easier and easier each time you do it. Some it'll be second nature to you. Hopefully you'll find that using lucid dreams as a sexual playground isn't a fun as using them as an exploration chance.
