indeed its true,. if you are in sleep paralysis it is so easy to enter a ld, its about having the will power to no you in no real harm, next time just stay still thne you cant feel that you cant move, its so easy to enter a ld!!! |

Unfortunately it's quite common for people to panic when they find themselves in sleep paralysis, especially if you get suddenly jolted awake during sleep and find that you can't move. I read an article about it once but can't remember exactly what it said. I usually find that if I get suddenly jolted awake I will have the idea that demons are attacking me, and then I will struggle with the paralysis until I am able to move. Once I'm awake of course I realise - too late - that it was perfectly harmless. Bummer ! |

Yep, sounds like sleep paralysis, or even that you had one of those dreams about being paralyzed, which are equally scary. |

DIVE DIVE DIVE!! thats my advice, instead of trying to get out of it, dive into your mind and wake up in a dream. Thats what happened for my first WILD, i woke from doseing off into sleep paralysis and was spinning on my bed. Wiggling my toes did stop me briefly but in the end I just retreated into my mind and before i knew it I was in a dream pasture |

Wait, were you in the dream, and couldn't move around? |
