I second archdreamer's suggestion. Incorporate those questions into your reality check process. Make it into habit. |

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't need to remind myself what I wanted to do. The one lucid-ish dream I had last year (basically, I knew it was a dream, and I could do some stuff, but couldn't really make what I wanted to happen happen) it was the first thing I thought of! |
|
after reading your answers I started to think about my plans as I used to RC during day (I'm not performing RC's by now since I just started to realize I'm dreaming) |

I agree with conncecting the thoughts of your wanted actions with your RCs. That is a supurb idea. |

Unless you have a monthly achievement you want to accomplish, I wouldnt worry about it. Whatever you think of during the dream is going to be 100x better than "pre-meditated". |

I think this is kind of point! |

I mean a monthly goal, you know, get your wings under your name? Unless your doing that, then I would just go with the flow. Because if you cant remember what you wanted to do its not that important. And if you really want to get somewhere ask a DC what you were going to do, DC's always ALWAYS stir shit up. No one here can increase the power of your hippocampus if thats what your asking. |
