Hi everyone! |
|
I just try to remember 1 or at most 2 things that I plan to do. When I'm going to sleep I keep repeating those tasks to myself in my head. |
|
My problem is that almost all the times I planned something to do, I didn´t get lucid. I got lucid long after I planned something. Once I got lucid I was thinking more in the context of the dream than in what I wanted to do. I don´t exactly remember what I planned to do and I go on with the dream context or I lose lucidity trying to remember. |

I would suggest making a habit of, upon attaining ludicity, making a point of stopping whatever you are doing, and trying to remember your plans. |

I second archdreamer's suggestion. Incorporate those questions into your reality check process. Make it into habit. |

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't need to remind myself what I wanted to do. The one lucid-ish dream I had last year (basically, I knew it was a dream, and I could do some stuff, but couldn't really make what I wanted to happen happen) it was the first thing I thought of! |

after reading your answers I started to think about my plans as I used to RC during day (I'm not performing RC's by now since I just started to realize I'm dreaming) |
