This is the first LD I have memory of, it happened some time last year, I think around sep/oct.
I was sleeping and was then awoken by my mum, I then went back to sleep and started dreaming. I cant remember how I knew but I realised I was dreaming, I got very excited and the dream started disapearing, but I had previously read up on lucid dreams so knew I had to stay calm. Anway I stayed lucid for a while but then got distracted by some car chase.

Is this a DILD? Or a DEILD? Or something else?
