Summoning Maynard

Okay. I had a lucid dream a while back that I've wanted to share and discuss if possible. I decided a long time ago that I wanted to meet Maynard James Keenan from the band Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer. I decided to try this in a dream. I became lucid one night, and remembered what I wanted. So I thought real hard that I wanted Maynard to be there in front of me. He appeared, to my surprise, and the first thing I noticed was his eyes were bright glowing orange and the expression on his face as he stared at me was very intense. It was like...he knew he was summoned and he was very pissed off at me for interupting his work...lol I know this is only my projection, but it was just intense. After the dream, I've had several thoughts of Maynard being an Alien, although, this is probably very ridiculous lol just a thought.

Have any of you tried summoning people?

I haven't summoned anyone but Maynard would be an interesting one. Did he give you any wine? And he may at funny on stage but I doubt he is an alien, buy you never know.

lol. No he didn't give me any wine, in fact, he just stared at me the whole time, wouldn't say anything. Maybe this is an image I would expect if I really did meet him. I've heard he's not much of a people person. I don't really believe he's an alien, but the dream provoked these thoughts.

Creepy. I always thought it would be fun to play a song with tool in a dream. I really want to try now.

It's now on my To-Do list. I just need to decide what song to play. Probably the pot or eulogy or ænima. Lol what's your vote.

I think Rosetta Stoned would be intense, lol. Or 46&2 would be my vote. Those others are great too though. You should make it a concert! lol I actually had a dream that I went to a Tool concert and met Maynard and he made me write my phone number on a piece of paper so he could call me. Said he had something important to say to me. Then I ran into a girl leaving the concert that said he did the same thing and he was trying to kill her. Just thought I'd share that. It was strange. I still wanted him to call lol

If I did Rosetta Stoned I'd need to do lost keys. But yeah 46&2 is great I forgot it when I originally posted. I'll try that one. A whole concert would be epic though.

It's funny that your dream led you to think he might be an alien. I have some friends that are convinced he's a demon.

He's definetly something. Amazing. I'm going to try summoning him again if I can, and ask him about it... lol Demon or Alien, lets see what my subconscious decides.

Lol. Who knows? I saw a Tool concert video once, and it was incredibly intense. They definitely have a gift. One of my friends is a huge Tool fan and he told me that the drummer studies some secret lost form of dark geometry.

Last night I successfully summoned Synyster Gates from Avenged Sevenfold, something I've been trying a lot recently. I didn't get to do much with him but just knowing I'm capable of summoning is good enough for me to keep trying. ^^

Nice syn is cool. Mostly because he plays Schecter XD

Still no luck summoning Maynard for me.

Syn's schecter rocksss!!! hey that's an idea. i'm gonna summon him with his schecter next time. and steal it. and play it with dream-acquired guitar skills. and sell it for dream money. ;3

on topic, is summoning objects harder than summoning people?

i dont think I've tried summoning objects. Just Maynard so far, and my friend had a lucid and summoned Roger Waters from Pink Floyd. I guess he was sitting in a chair and just laughed hysterically at her for a long time. She said she felt stupid lol
