      Angry Total Failure

      I tried to do the LD strategy where you don't move for 20 minutes. I stayed perfectly still for an hour, then it felt like someone just pushed my arm out. So annoying!

      Might have been a hypnic jerk, in which case, you got angry over nothing. Hypnic jerks are actually a good sign that your body is falling asleep.
