I have had another succesfull attempt with this method, I think I've found a great technique.. but I am having a bit of a hard time explaining exactly what I do, it requires a great amount of self ignorance during the period where you fall asleep, I will keep practicing and report more here.

I don't think I will continue for Melatonin on a regular basis, perhaps If I want to experiment more but I don't want to take it constantly (I'm also fresh out at the moment).
