Okay, so in the past week or so this has happened multiple times, sometimes even multiple times in one night. Basically what has happened is that Ihave become lucid through going to sleep within a dream. I don't know what has triggered it, but I think that my complete failure over the past month or two of WILDing has contributed to it. |

I don't count these as true lucids because they where not very clear, but until I have my first real lucid these will do.)
I have gone to sleep in dreams on 2 occasions when nonlucid, can't say it made me lucid |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
Yea, some people have had DILDs this way. Usually they intentionally go through the 'WILD process' in a lucid dream to change dream locations. Congrats on the DILDs |

Awesome! I have never done this before but it seems like a good way to get lucid. Actually now that I think about it.... I may have done this a couple of times without noticing. I have a lot of FA's so I may attempt to WILD when I am actually already in a dream |

Wow, it sounds like you have completely confused yourself Not that that is a bad thing. If it works, stick with it. |

Since I started thinking about what was actually going on, I realized that I think WILDing is acting sort of like a reality check, resulting in the LDs. Every night before I've gone to bed for the past month or so I have layed down and tried to WILD. I know that this really isn't the best way to do it, and that you should do it in the middle of the night or whatever, but since I'm stubborn I thought I'd try anyway. Since I've gotten so accustomed to doing it before going to sleep, I guess the activity just transferred into my dreams, where no effort is need to WILD. Whatever works, haha. |
