Strange occurences in the vibrational state

Well I have had alot of strange occurences while in that vibrational state during sleep paralysis and before dreaming, but here is the most recent. I was taking a nap a little earlier today and was awaken by something, I don't remember what. When I went back to sleep I immediately entered that vibrational stage, which usually only lasts a few seconds but this time seemed to last several minutes and I could not get lucid. Anyway, while I was lying there I distinctly heard someone knocking on my bedroom door. They knocked three times and then would stop for awhile. And then would knock again. A even heard someone VERY clearly call out my name. I thought it was my mom and I remember thinking, why doesn't she just come in? At that point I heard the door open and I "felt" someone walk over to my bed and sit down next to me. I actually really felt the bed shake as they sat down. I don't know who it was, I was in that weird trance state and I figured it was my mom...but it was definitely SOMETHING. I forced myself awake to see what the heck was going on and no one was there. I walked upstairs, exhausted, (as I usually am after spending alot of time in that vibrational state) and I asked my mom if she had knocked on my door or come in my room, but she had been in the kitchen the whole time cooking. I don't feel like this was a dream at all, b/c I was really quite awake while it was occuring. In fact, it felt more like a hallucination. I don't know. Anyone have weird stuff like this happen to them in that state?

why yes I have. The other week I was taking a nap, woke up, and tried getting back to sleep. I got those vibrations, but hadn't gone to sleep. I had my eyes closed but I could hear my sister moving around in the room beside my bed talking to my brother. It was kinda weird but not the first time it has happened. Other times I've also been lying there with my eyes closed and could hear my mom and dad talking downstairs... seems simple enough, but they live 600 miles away. Seems to occur somewhere between actually being asleep and being awake... like you get stuck there in the transition to sleep... I dunno.

Yes, I have. One time when I was in vibration state I opened my eyes (for some reason, don't really remember why, maybe I felt confused) and I saw this human/alien-like creature standing beside my bed, leaning a bit over me as if he was spectating me.. :/

Kinda freaked me out!

My sister has been dead for over a year now, but last July, I was in the middle of the WILD transition, not in vibrational, but just past it.

I say my sister as clearly as if I was awake, wearing a white bathrobe walk into my hotel room, sit in the chair facing the bed, and look at me.

Scared the willies out of me and I woke up, I still wonder what would have happened if I had finished the WILD. I suspect she would still have been there.

Happened to me a few times. I distinctly hear people call my name out, and even some tell me to wake up. But when I do wake up noones there, it's quite disturbing when it happens.

Yeah, I have this happen to me all the time, and I don't even try to do WILD. It's weirdest when it happens while you're sleeping in an auditorium chair at a school assembly and you begin hearing people call out your name...
