Almost Had a DEILD

During lazy mornings, which I've been having a lot of, I often wake up and enter dreams again, sometimes the same ones. This morning, after waking up from a dream where my house was on fire, I realized I was slipping back into a dream. I decided to make it into another one I had earlier. So I visualized what I had been. The clarity of the image increased, and I was going into the dream. However, I woke up and just had too much energy to fall asleep again. I never knew about DEILDs before, I just automatically thought I should visualize so I can at least get the dream I want. It should be easier to try it now that I know, and since I wake up and fall asleep a lot, I should have success. Wish me luck.

You have awesome visualization skills, and they started to manifest themselves. That's a very good sign! Remember, at times while attempting DEILD, we wake up from the dream at the natural end of the REM period. That's just how it goes sometimes, so don't take it as a failure when it happens. You're doing everything right, keep it up!
