During lazy mornings, which I've been having a lot of, I often wake up and enter dreams again, sometimes the same ones. This morning, after waking up from a dream where my house was on fire, I realized I was slipping back into a dream. I decided to make it into another one I had earlier. So I visualized what I had been. The clarity of the image increased, and I was going into the dream. However, I woke up and just had too much energy to fall asleep again. I never knew about DEILDs before, I just automatically thought I should visualize so I can at least get the dream I want. It should be easier to try it now that I know, and since I wake up and fall asleep a lot, I should have success. Wish me luck.
