Tushix had his first lucid dream W00T!!!

I woke up at 5am (AW) and couldn't be stuffed WBTBing or anything so just went straight to sleep... This is what I got:

I remember finding out I was dreaming by looking at my watch (digital) , looking away, then looking again habitually and seeing a freaking weird time. The watch was a tiny bit different, the date was random (88/88/09) and the time was just a mess! It had some cartoon explosion lines and stuff next to the number as if to say "Holy crap, I be weird" or something. Well enough of describing the watch xD.

I was outside the senior high I would be going to next year when this happened. When I showed my cousins who were with me, the time was normal. I was like, "wait for iiiiiiiit" and then it did the screw up again xD. I said to my cousins "I'm in a lucid dream!!!"

Happiness flooded through my veins. The first thing I did was pinch myself because I heard some guy saying it didn't hurt (THIS WAS NOT AN RC, just a test to see if it hurt in dreams), well there were no surprises Next I tried a kamehameha. I charged up and everything but it failed. Just a large gust of wind from behind me.

And then it hit me.... FLYING!!! I was a bit nervous that it wouldn't work like the kamehameha so I remembered my friend who said he tried flying but could only jump very high, because of this I jumped my highest and got like 4meters into the air and decided up there that I WILL fly. When I was falling back down, I imagined myself with wings and flew up a bit. This needed quite a lot of concentration I found so I switched to superman. I flew around for like 5mins just around near/ in sometimes the senior high. Superman style was freaking hard to control :/ I found it hard to change direction fast and avoid roofs but I got better. :p

The next thought that crossed my mind was to breath under water. I was excited again to remember this so I went outside and was going to fly to the beach when I heard it... My dad walking to wake me up in AW!!!! I was freaking scared thinking "NOOOOO, DON'T DO IT!!!" . He walked pst and didn't wake me up... I woke myself up :p I went back to the AW after I was listening to his steps... Which weren't actually there!!! I imagined my dad was coming to wake me up

Doesn't matter though. My first lucid dream was awesome quality and over 10mins long. I had control on my action and I didn't ever have to stabilize. BEST DREAM EVER!

Oh and btw, is it normal to remember the dream...uh... weirdly? Like I remember it... but not like a normal memory :S
I remember it like I didn't have full control over my actions.... wait no ARGH!!!! I can't explain it :p I kinda only remember the most important points and most unfortunaly, flying wasn't all that amazing... I think I HAVE to grow wings to make it feel amazing because then I physically feel the power of flight.

How would you guys describe remembering your dream? I feel like it happened but it was different

Good job on the lucid dream! Thats a pretty good lucid for a first lucid dream. Also normally you should feel pain in a dream when you pinch yourself, but because you expected no pain you felt none. I have felt pain in my dreams several times. Just don't use pinching as a reality check because you will often feel pain from it. Once again nice lucid and may many more follow!

Congrats on your first lucid! I'm really impressed it was so long and stable! And you managed to fly, too! (Took me forever to learn to fly.) When it comes to the kamehameha, it may take a bit more practice but I'm sure you can do it! Awesome job all around remembering things to do and keeping the dream stable.

It can be a little hard to describe the experience. Do you keep a dream journal? It may help to journal all your nonlucids so you can practice describing your dreams. I'd also love to read more of your lucid adventures!

Ah, I found out how to describe it

It's like remembering a dream. Not an real life memory. Is it normal to remember it like this?

I really like your idea to do a kamehameha. I'm going to add that to my goals!
I also had my first lucid this morning, but I woke up about 2 seconds into it.
"Everything that exists imagined itself into existence."
