      Unhappy I need help

      So i have been trying to wild and i always sleep on my front not back and i was using the sto drop rooll signal and i will get to the end and i try counting my heartbeat and not moving my eyes and try to relax but i find its not doing anything for me and later i try to roll my eyes back and gorth fast and its like a weird feeling u get like im going farther away from the black and i my heart beat is so fast and i can easily count because it is thumping and my body starts tqirching and i feel tingly but it stays like that but i never get past that point and i fade back to normal and then i end up sleeping on my front

      How can i get fully to sleep paralasis and wild i tried pausing breath and muscle twitching and i feel like im so close to paralysis

      Yo.
      You don't need to do SP in order to WILD, in fact you can't induce SP without having same names sleep disorder, which i guess you don't have. http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...explained.html
      For WILDing, you just have to fall asleep while being aware, check out this tutorial, it explains the process and gives more information: WILD

      so basically i have to fall a sleep while my mind is awake i find this hard because if i concentrate on sleeping or think about sleeping i find i never fall asleep is there a way u suggest so i can fall asleep with my mind awake

      You don't need to concentrate on falling asleep, you just need to fall asleep like you normally do but while keeping the awareness, did you read the tutorial i linked you to?
      Also what time are you WILDing at? If you are doing WILD at the time when you normally go to bed, then you are doing it wrong, best times to WILD are times after waking up(up to few hours) and naps. If you are already using those times though, try changing them around till you find the time at which you can fall asleep into REM easily enough.
      Additionally you could try listening to something relaxing, like some relaxing music, white noise or binaural beats.
