Meditation
Syllabus

Hello, I'm ShockWave and welcome to my meditation class.
Many beginners, or even experienced dreamers, have trouble with lucid dreaming, either because they're too stressed, too excited, anxious, or simply because they can't get to sleep while lucid dreaming is on their mind. Whether you're one of these people or not, meditation has beneficial effects in everyday life and also in dreaming. If you fall into one of these categories, or just interested in the benefits of meditation, then this class is for you.
This class will teach you about the basics of meditation and cover two specific types of meditation, each taking a different approach but using similar techniques. After that, a technique will be covered that combines the two previous techniques to help with dreaming and recall. Whether you're new to meditation, or you've tried it before and encountered brick walls, or if you just want to improve your knowledge of meditation, this class will help get you on the right track and answer any questions or clarify any concerns that you may have.

At the end of each lesson, there will be an optional workbook entry for you to complete. Though not mandatory, I highly recommend completing each workbook entry, as it will reinforce your knowledge and provide you with experience in meditation. I will also be able to monitor your progress through the class and, if needed, provide feedback on your entries. Workbook entries will be explained in each lesson, and instructions will be given on how to post entries.
If you have any questions that aren't covered in the FAQ for each lesson, or if you have a question or concern about the class itself, don't hesitate to send me a private message and I'll respond as soon as I can.
There's nothing left to say, except enjoy the semester!
ShockWave.
