Hey, I'm SilverDreams. Most of you would know me from DV chat. For me Meditation is a new skill I can learn, on my way to becoming a experienced Lucid Dreamer. I'd like to use meditation to clear my thoughts when in stressing situations, and escape the hell I receive daily from others. In the past I've tried to "Meditate" Not really understanding what it involved but, of course, I failed. I hope to learn alot more about Meditation, and to become at least able to use this technique.
