Hey, Crashyy. Sorry for the delayed reply. I'm new here and only just now stumbled upon the Visitor Message section.

I get asked this question a lot. And unfortunately, these inquiries are how I first discovered Skillet the band. I chose the name Skillet7 simply because Skillet was a nickname in real life. I've got nothing against Skillet particularly, but sadly they're not my namesake.

you wouldnt be fearful all the time throughout your waking life wouldnt you? cause you analysis situations you find your self in all the time subconsciously when in the dream world i believe that side of our selves are shut down, so you gotta mentally analysis each and every dream/experience you find your self in, but you gotta do it consciously, just take time to look around and suss out the situations your in, dont think any scary shit, cause you might just create it.... this post is in regards to your obe lucid sp

Hey Crashyy, another thing I wanted to mention, but didn't consider was that whenever you're trying to get rid of the negative thoughts when trying to attempt to WILD or meditate, when you reach the state of being calm and understanding of your thoughts the more you practice try this:

- Just allow your thoughts to come to you, know that negative and positive energy are there for stability, and that you seek stability. They are just there to coexist, and they aren't they to affect you in anyway. The reason why I suggested to think positive thoughts at first was to relieve the anxiety whenever you mediate or do a WILD attempt.

Just remember that you're trying to find yourself in the "neutral" zone. Seek to be in the middle, just accept whatever thoughts you visualize, hear, and just use them as an anchor on your progress towards lucidity or OBE/AP.

Oh cool, I was wondering if it was something Final Fantasy. I never really played the games much myself but they definitely have a style.
