    1. Ok.
    2. It's okay, don't worry about it.
    3. Sorry Aly. Im still learning how to put the quote boxes properly.
    4. Im glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better Aly. Try and take it easy the next couple of days, and also try and put some lemon and honey down in that hot tea too.
    5. Thank you very much. I'm already feeling a little bit better today than I was the last couple nights.
    6. Hope you feel better Alyzarin!
    7. Yes mantras are good. I find them to be most useful especially when trying to do a Wild. I have not meditated in ages. Lol I need to start back again.
    8. I do use mantras from time to time, when I remember. Whenever I do them, I tend to get lucid more often. I used to meditate a lot, but not so much anymore. However, when I do my dreams tend to be more vivid.
    9. Wow really? hmmm interesting. do you practice any mantras before bed or meditate? i find that my lucidity happens most with my reality checks throughout the day, or by repeating a mantra before bed. usually i get somewhat tired and just fall asleep and try and visualize where i want to be.
    10. Well I can't wait to read what you have to share! And thanks, I like my dreams. How much I become lucid just kind of varies... but usually at least somewhat frequently, I often get lucid twice in a night if I get lucid at all. There was a phase not too long ago where I got lucid nearly every day for like at least two weeks, often twice a night, and one time four times in a night! I wish it was always like that.
