      Yea but isn't dream time different. It feels like u can do an hours worth of stuff in 10min WL. Just thought maybe it would be easier to enter a dream after REM already started bec you have already...

      So why do we wake up when REM starts to do technique? I always remember the most fresh and detailed dreams when the REM cycle ends, so why not do WBTB in the middle or last 30min of REM...?
