reality check and people?

Well it appears that in every dream I'm interacting with a DC and the schema revolves about them. So would it make sense to RC and RRC when I'm interacting with people in WL? It seems like the best habit to make or does that seem too hard to achieve?

Is there a link between these DCs? Doing a RC during every interaction you have with people in waking life will cause for a lot of effort and you'll likely start to slack which will only hurt you. Try and find a common bond between these people. Are they all blonde? Do they all have a certain accent? You want narrow but realistic dream signs such as a specific breed of dog, or a certain building.

Also, if you do find a link and start to RC when interacting with these people, don't make it really obvious. Don't stare eyes-wide at your hands in the middle of a conversation, people will get a little creeped out

That's the problem Burke my dream signs are context, so during WL there's never a time to RC because nothing unusual or impossible is happening. Yes I do know not to be obvious if I decide to try this but I'm wondering if there's is a more subtle way to RC. Or maybe just during the interaction focus on my self awareness(RRC) then when it's over do the RC so the experience is still fresh.

You can visualize the dreamsign you have. visualize yourself seeing it then RCing! This still trains your prospective memory to notice that specific dream sign you're visualizing.
