I've had 2 lucids in the past week(one last night) just from waking up naturally in the middle of the night, going to the bathroom and then getting back in bed. I used to have difficulty falling...

I've encounter this problem as well and have found my own solution to it. I find it very helpful that after you wake up from 4 hours of sleep that you don't feel the slightest bit of being tired...

So, the intention for the night was to sleep for at least 6h, then attempt a WILD. I went to bed at midnight, and I woke up at 4.40 am more or less. I didn't even get out of the bed, I wanted to fall...

Yes and no, I think. :) Yes, you can ask, and yes, you may get a good subconscious answer to your conscious questions in a dream. But our subconscious mind is not like a well trained dog -...

I was in a room, with my brother i think. I vaguely remember something about a teen girl stepping through a window or a door or something. Then someone asked me a question and i thought "wait a minute that doesnt make sense, maybe im dreaming?" So did i reality check (pushed my finer through the palm of my hand) it went through so i counted my fingers, i had an extra pinky tacked onto my right hand. I did the RC a few more times then rubbed my hands together. I felt groggy and just had a very faint twinge of excitement, but i remembered that to stay lucid its important not to get too excited. Unfortunately i think i fell back into regular sleep straight away because i remember nothing else after that.
[This is my first ever dream journal post, Iv decided to start doing them, the intention is just for dreams i find particularly interesting or vivid and of course to record and lucid dreams i have, though i am yet to master it]
Dream 1:
It was morning and i was just getting up for college in my dorm room. The light was off and my roommate was still sleeping as it was early enough, im guessing 7:30 or so. I heard a knock on our bedroom door and glanced at my roommate who had her eyes open. I answered the door and a tall girl accompanied by a boy with a camera was there, she explained that they were taking pictures for our student union newspaper. I was in a hurry since had limited time to get ready for getting my bus, luckily my roommate got up and went to do it. Our curtain was open and i saw my roommate out on the balcony posing for the camera, except it didnt look like my roommate at all. She came back in after a few minutes and the camera guy materialized next to us, he had one of those big fluffy microphones with him too and he told us a bit about it.
[This dream was interesting to since it the first i have had (that i can remember) thats been set in my college apartment. Most of the dreams i recall are set at home.]
