oolally liked post by Voldmer On thread : Why Do We Do This?
Right now I can't remember why I got into lucid dreaming in the first place, but my reason for being into it now (and especially into astral projection) is my conviction that life is a kind of...

For me to set a goal hard like that takes more than just a mantra. I kind of give myself "a good talking to". In this case it went something like...."You're awake and aware right now, right? So take...

oolally liked post by Darkmatters On thread : Understanding Dream Characters
I agree that they often represent aspects of yourself - often if you dream about a friend or a relative it can really be some part of yourself that reminds you of that person, of their defining...

oolally liked post by Darkmatters On thread : Waking yourself up
If you learn the right technique scenarios like that will cause lucidity. What you need to do is, any time you see a nightmare creature in a dream, beam pure love at it - run or fly toward it to hug...

oolally liked post by Lang On thread : Share your dream from last night in one sentence
I had a world war one type of dream, plus, being starstruck by Christopher Walken who I shook his hand too long as I blurted out to him without thinking, "Live from New York!! It's Saturday Night!!",...

oolally liked post by Mzzkc On thread : Dream collapses too quickly
I actually saw a clever little tip recently on another site (it was reddit, ban me fam, my body is ready) that I think might help you out a bit. Just talk. Once you become lucid, simply talk...

Thanks for that reply Darkmatters. I seem to be an anomaly I guess because I am having good early success. My many, many years of T'ai Chi practice may be helping somehow...that mind/body...
