      Must be a common occurrence, because I did the same thing. In my case the phenomena waned after after a few days, and I suspect the same will happen for you as well.

      My point is I think fundamentally one of terminology. A "reality check" (I prefer calling them "state tests" to avoid any confusion) shouldn't need to be meaningful: it should be a fast & clear...
