if she is on any meds this could be causing them. if she is going through a lot of stress this helps cause them too. ways to help prevent them can be easy or hard, depending on the person. it will help her to talk to people about the nightmare, write about it, maybe draw pictures of what happens. other ways can be to take vitamins before sleeping, dont eat sugary foods before sleep, or have a pet or person sleep near you. |
