Thread: Recurring element quite brutal in nature...

Hello. I've had this recurring theme in my dreams where somebody accusatory or authoritary is literally digging up the ground in the woods or a lawn (it usually takes place at these old apartments I lived in with my ma). I am watching and suddenly I am overwhelmed with this feeling of guilt and being found out. Then I don't remember when or why but I just KNOW that I had chopped/stabbed and in general dismembered a person or persons and burried them. And these people are going to find out. I'm standing there watching and just waiting for them to come across the remains. I am trying to think of how it's going to be okay or that I really didn't do it. I wake up with a sick feeling in my stomach and my heart thumping.

A few things of note:

- I don't actually kill anybody in my dream. I just kind of "know" it all the sudden when the person comes to dig things up. As if it was implanted into my head just then.

- It is always a brutal kill - like stabbing and chopping off limbs.

- I am so terrified of being found out. Moreso than whatever guilt I believe because it just doesn't seem like I *really* did it.

It's like I didn't really do anything, I'm just afraid somebody is going to dig it up and find it out the moment I see them.

Is everything I said sufficient? Should I put some background information on me?
