Today, my cat was "running" and in "REM", I was sitting next to her, at some point she woke up scared, started to stare at random places, then turned to where I was and got even more scared, ran for her life, turned again, saw it was me and returned lol

I think she was having a nightmare from behaviour, so share anything alike!
