      Nightmares

      From your pets.

      Today, my cat was "running" and in "REM", I was sitting next to her, at some point she woke up scared, started to stare at random places, then turned to where I was and got even more scared, ran for her life, turned again, saw it was me and returned lol

      I think she was having a nightmare from behaviour, so share anything alike!

      Well, my dog wimpers when "dreaming."

      When it wakes up, it looks around a little, and goes back to sleep. Sometimes it gets up and skitters away with its tail between its legs.

      Sometimes our dog will start twitching when she's dreaming. She starts to bark lightly and then she wakes up. Mostly I think she dreams about being chased by something.
