Thread: I Dont Know What To Call This

Its funny how people are so damn fake, when they need attention they will be your friend, when they find it somewhere else they dont need yours so they ignore you. Why are humans so fucked up, or is this only in America?

Sort of like the friends that call you, talk on and on about themselves for an hour, then when you think it's your turn to get a word in, they have to go?

Or the people that only want friends who lie to them and tell them what a great person they are. When you try to point out that perhaps some of their behavior is mean, rude, or just plain anti-social, you suddenly become public enemy #1?

Or how about the friends that copy everything you do, from the clothes you wear to the lipstick you buy, then attempt to seduce your boyfriend, and turn the rest of your friends against you with lies?

Or how about the friends that are only your friend when they need a ride somewhere?

I read half your post, and was like: I am going to post: 'only in america!'. But you allready did that I see

However, it is mostly and more extremely in america. Some people really are kind, it is just hard to spot them becouse most people however, are not.

I myself Try to be as good of a person I can be, becouse really man, doing good things makes you feel good. At least I couldn't have fun being a total asshole all day long.

I call it "Fake people".

for the first half of my 17 years on this earth, I had very few friends. Many of them like what you have dircribed.

This latter half, I have many REAL friends who love and care for me, and comfort me when I am sad, and who I listen to when they need help to.

It isn't everywhere, and not just in one place.

Fake people are hollow inside, you know. I like to yell "Hello, in there!" in their ear and listen for the echoes. They usually get pissed off when you do that, though.

I agree with all of you. That is really a sad thing.
Of course, that bunch of fucked "fair-weather" friends are scattered throughout the world, unaviodable.
I'm an European but I used to live in USA lately for a short period - and I DID experience that sort of very unfair and ugly treatement your talk about. But those false friends were not true born Americans actually, if it matters anything...

It doesn't matter if American or European .. they are all fucked up ..
I don't even consider most of the people I know as friends .. they are just people, that I know .. before somebody gets to be a friend of mine, there needs to be the right atmosphere between us ... he/she can tolerate/accept your doings/behaviour/thoughts for 100% and won't go on telling others what kind of a freak you are.
I am sick of people calling everybody a friend, that they have talked to.
I personally seclude myself from the majority of society; I am not shy (I suppose), but just sick of all the bullcrap I hear everyday. And I especially hear people talk about their friends as if they were talking about their enemy ...

Exactly, I wrote about it somewhere in the forum lately. Those who claim to have hundreds of friends are just infantile and unmatured. I don't think they even know what the word "friendship" really means.

You can find Fake people all over the world it's not just subjected to America. That's like saying everyone else who is not american is perfect and we all know that is not true.
