It is impossible to know everything about all the matter and "stuff" that makes up your brain, thanks to the fact that to do so one must store all the data (10^zillion bits of information) about your brain in your brain's memory (which has a limit of 10^zillion bits), including said stored data, plus the knowledge that this data refers to your brain.
Instant paradox (if you believe in souls expand the challenge to include everything about the "soul" - or the universe in general).
