Thread: My Philosophy: The World Is Done For.

I don't see how the world is gonna end from sex and drugs, the world will end in war.

anyways, i don't see a bad future, I'm optimistic that people will rise up and take the power back from their respective governments

the mayan civilization said in 2012 we will enter a golden age, maybe this new age will bring forth a social awareness of what were doing to ourselves and our planet, we will prevail, we won't go quietly into the night and be silenced, the human race WILL NOT end over sex, drugs, or obesity.

the race may end from plaugue, meteor, war

but plague is quite low on my list of possibilites, and so is meteors

war though, is what worries me, not britney spears' dumb ass sister.

I suppose when you put it in bigger schemes, yeah there are larger problems to worry about. However, my thoughts were pointed towards social and moral issues, though if things aren't all bad like theu certainly are in my home town, hey, we may have a chance.

i see what you mean, not only our governments being fucked, but our citizens also, i really understand your point

its kinda hopeless though, people have changed over the last 100 years

in 1908 people worried about how they were going to eat that night
in 2008 people worry about their ipod and there bmw's and 401k's

some/most (not all!) people today are lazy, materialistic, impulsive, indulgent, and apathetic
