You got me thinking though....

I once complained, here on Dreamviews, that, try as I may I never go-lucid. The person I was talking to said that people with DID never do (or something to that effect).

I've just been searching Google to find out if that's true ... That multiple personality people (like me) don't lucid dream.

Now I thing I will continue my search and see how all different mental illness affects dreaming.

I only say that because I have had it myself, so I know the general patterns and things that can happen with it.
For example one of the things that tends to happen is you can see codes in things a lot and you can get intensely spiritual with it. Codes of meaning in things that don't always mean anything to others or others find hard to make sense of the relevance. Sort of when you put your name into 666.

Since being diagnosed I have met lots of people with various mental illnesses. We are a facinating bunch. I think some Buddhist and other mystic munks and nuns learn to reproduce what happens spontainiously with folk like me.
