I stopped cold-turkey, about 2 or so weeks ago. I used to smoke every day. I had "withdrawals" for awhile, and I think that's what aggravated my insomnia and anxiety, because I used it to help with those 2 things. It really affected my recall, but now I'm recalling 2-4 dreams a night!
