New Lucid Dream Tehnique!!! Fear induced lucid dreams

Hello.Even if yesterday i had my first lucid dream after 3 weeks of trying to wild,i think i found a new way to do it.
When i was a kid,i had nightmares. But every time i had them,i realised it was a dream and quickly tried to wake up.
Yesterday when i was sleepy after wbtb i tryed to imagine a nightmare too see if i get lucid.I was.I stabilised the dream and continued....
Now,here is how to do it,maybe it works for you.I will also try it again tonight:
1)Go to bed, fall asleep very comfortable, then set youre wbtb after 4,5-6 hours of sleep.I used 4,5
2)After you wake up do something quick,i stopped my alarm and then drinked water from a bottle next to my bed then i waited 4 minutes..You should do what you want like in 3-10 minutes in youre bed.
3)stay in youre perfect sleep position and try to stay aware a bit.If you cant increase youre wbtb aware time.
4)after you are relaxed and you think you can sleep dont try to stay aware anymore.Just IMAGINE FEAR.Imagine something scary, like a ghost, monster, anything you are afraid of.But dont loose yourself.Try imagining in detail. When you are Imagining try to ''Say'' the monster/situation description.Like: ''there is a monster next to me/in my back. Its very ugly''.
5)Also try to think that the next thing you will see its not real, its a dream.
6)After you do thins you should find yourself in a nightmare with what you described.
7)If you are lucid, and you should be,Just beat the crap out of that monster(i kicked it)and imagine another dream scene.
I think that when you have a nightmare youre mind feels in danger so wants to wake up.To do it you gotta realize you have a nightmare and wake up.So this is what happens in nightmares.Youre mind ALERTS you so you can exit it.This is when you should profit out of it.The natural signal

First of all, this belongs in here.
Second, I don't know if fear would be an effective way to be lucid for everybody, and dream incubation does not always work, especially for newbies. This seems like an interesting idea, though.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I wouldn't want to wake up my family by doing WBTB, so I can't do that part. However, I will try to do all that without WBTB, will report back results unless I forget to do it, which I often do (). I am curious myself.
