Always, no sometimes think it's me,
But you know I know when it's a dream
I think I know I mean a yes
But it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree

Wow - all the luck and success - am a beginner myself and not what you are after - I hope, you find seasoned dreamers for finding out about the effects on specifically them! |

Cool thank you for joining the experiment! |

Thank you! Of course I'll keep you updated! |

I will give it a week or so - since I seem to be on the up with at least short LD episodes over the last days - brought about with a bit of a messed up mixed up approach - and then first of all try out the fingertapping for Tadas again. |

Yeah, I'll be doing it too, on-and-off. It's great that research is being done again. |

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
I like how easy you've made it to participate! How strict is the timing where you say that we have to wake up after 4-5 hours to do SSILD? When I did the experiment a couple days ago I used an alarm clock so that I could get within the 4-5 hour range pretty nicely but it woke me up too much to do SSILD. Is it okay if I do the SSILD after 3 or 6 hours of sleeping? |
